You are welcome to browse this site and use the contact forms to ask us about work. Please do not use the forms to send spam, attempt to break or overload the site, or submit anyone else's details without their permission.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this website is a firm quote. Prices depend on the size of the area, the surfaces involved and the condition they are in, which is why estimates are given per job. A price is only binding once we have given it to you directly for your specific job.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work: if you are not satisfied with a clean, tell us and we will re-clean the area. The guarantee covers the cleaning we carried out. It is not a warranty against future soiling, pre-existing damage, permanent staining, or wear that was already in the material before we arrived.
