This policy explains what Crystal Clean Carpet Care does with the information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, call us on (308) 237-3717 and ask.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent, so we know what you were looking at when you contacted us.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect them here.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to quote the job, and to schedule the work. Your details are stored in our customer management system so that the person who turns up at your door knows what you asked for.

We may contact you about the job you enquired about, including appointment reminders. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the software providers we use to run the business and to send our email and text messages.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you. The contact page loads an embedded Google map, and Google may set cookies through that embed under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need to for tax and record-keeping purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email crystalcleancarpet@proton.me or call (308) 237-3717 and we will deal with it. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This website is aimed at people arranging cleaning services for their home or business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
