Steam extraction, or low moisture — whichever the carpet needs
Most carpets get hot-water steam extraction: the fibres are pre-treated, then flushed and pulled clean under high pressure, which lifts the soil out of the pile rather than pushing it further in.
Where a room has to be back in service fast — an office, a showroom, a rental turnover — we use a low-moisture orbital scrubber instead, so the carpet dries in a fraction of the time.
